Returns & refunds

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as required under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
